TICKETS
Tickets are available on: www.beloud.dk/ticket
All tickets are non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have lost your ticket, you can on Place2Book.com get it resend to your e-mail.
You can print your ticket or show it on your Smartphone, when you need to Check In for the event. Check In will be open 15-30 minutes before the first class starts.
When you are checked in, you will get a armband, with a color showing which Halls and Classes you have access to.
You can ONLY enter the classes, you have bought tickets for. No one else is allowed.
VENUE FACILITIES
BE LOUD takes place in unique venues often with no dressing room and shower facilities. We recommend you to arrive in your training clothes and refer to the toilet facilities at the venue.
The floor of the main venue should be kept totally free of items due to workout safety. Please put your belongings, where no-one is disturbed by them. All of your belongings are under own responsibility.
Signs onsite will show you to the different Halls/Areas of training.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
At BE LOUD events food and drinks are often offered in pre-sale or on site.
If you buy in pre-sale, remember to bring and show your ticket(s)!
You can also bring your own food and drinks.
CLASSES AND EQUIPMENT
All ticket holders are guaranteed spots and all equipment for all classes in their Block/Hall.
All Les Mills classes are presenteres ny certified Les Mills trainers and instructors, who present in Danish or English.
All equipment for the classes are available – but use only what is necessary and share with each other.
For the first class of the event equipment will be ready for you. During the event all participants collect and put back their own equipement. The BE LOUD crew will help with correct placement, handling and setup.
BE LOUD uses loud but bearable music, light show, photographers and video filming for own use.
NOTE: It’s very important, that all take good care of the equipment, look out for each others wellbeing and give space, so everyone gets an amazing experience.
LES MILLS QUARTERLY WORKSHOPS
If BE LOUD presents Les Mills Quarterly Workshops, all Les Mills Instructors need to book their QW(s) on Les Mills Instructor Portal to attend – otherwise you can not participate.
IMPORTANT: Tickets for BE LOUD are NOT booking for Quarterly Workshops. If you want to participate in other classes beside QW(s), you need to buy a ticket for BE LOUD!
